Who we are

Parlay Perfection is run by Stachecki Software LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. “We”, “us” and “our” on this page mean that company. You can reach it at support@parlayperfection.net.

What this is

We are not a sportsbook or gambling operator: we never accept wagers, hold funds, or place bets for anyone, and nothing we publish is financial, investment, or betting advice.

Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old and of legal betting age in the state where you act on anything here (21 in most U.S. states) to hold an account. This service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. By creating an account you confirm your age is as stated.

Your subscription

Sports Picks is $24.99 a month, or $149.99 a year wherever the yearly plan is offered. Each comes with a 7-day free trial for a first-time subscriber who enters a card (on our iPhone app, the payment method on your Apple Account): the first charge comes when the trial ends unless you cancel before then, and after that the plan renews automatically each month or each year until you cancel. The News and All-access plans are no longer sold; anyone already holding one keeps it at the price they subscribed at.

Where you subscribe decides who bills you. On our website, payment is processed by Wix Payments or Stripe. Inside our iPhone app, Apple bills you through your Apple Account, under Apple’s own terms for purchases. Either way we never see or store your card number. A partner’s promo code is applied at the website’s checkout, or in the iPhone app through Apple’s own code box. Each plan unlocks the boards it names, through a member login on picks.parlayperfection.net using the email you subscribed with, on the website and in the app alike.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from where you joined: your member area on parlayperfection.net for Wix plans, the billing portal on your account page for Stripe plans, or, for a plan bought in our iPhone app, your iPhone’s Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. An Apple subscription must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the free trial or the current period ends, or Apple charges the next one. Your access continues through the period you have already paid for and stops after that. Payments already made are not refunded when you cancel mid-period; for a purchase made through Apple, a refund is Apple’s decision, and you ask Apple for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

No guarantees

Sports outcomes are uncertain. We show our reasoning and our record, including losses, precisely because no result is ever promised. Past performance never guarantees anything about future results.

Automated content

Much of what we publish is produced by software: picks are computed from official box scores, prices come from sportsbook feeds, and some explanations and internal research notes are written with the help of AI language models. Software can be wrong, late, or out of date. The ‘ask the desk’ box replies from a fixed list of written answers. When Patrick’s AI answers are switched on, his replies are written by Anthropic’s Claude from today’s board, and what you type to him is sent to Anthropic to write them; an AI answer can be wrong. None of this, no card, no chart, no automated answer, changes these terms, promises a result, or authorises a refund; only a written reply from us does.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for any bets you choose to place, anywhere, with your own money, and for following the law where you are. One login per subscriber; sharing access may end your subscription.

Texts and emails

When you create an account you confirm your age and agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy. A phone number is optional, and so is the separate box agreeing that we may text and email you about picks, results, and your account at that number and at your account email — leaving either empty does not change what your plan opens. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts; every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. Account and security messages (a verification code, a receipt, a billing problem) are sent as long as you hold an account.

The morning email is separate, and off unless you turn it on yourself in Settings: one email a day with how the last night’s picks graded and how many are on that day’s board. Turn it off in Settings or with the link in any of those emails; it stops at once.

Our content

Everything on this site and in the member boards is ours or licensed to us; a subscription lets you use it personally, not republish or resell it. Team and sportsbook names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. If you believe something here infringes your copyright, write to us at support@parlayperfection.net with the material, where it appears, and your contact details, and we will take it down or answer you.

Offers and links to other sites

Some pages carry paid placements — marked "Sponsored" beside the code — for daily-fantasy and pick’em apps and for prediction markets. We may be paid when you sign up with a code shown there. The companies behind Offers are separate businesses: they do not own us, we do not own them, and neither of us speaks for the other. We do not endorse their service and are not responsible for it — their app, their prices, their bonuses, their customer support and their rules are theirs, and each sets its own age and state rules, printed beside its code. An Offer tells you we have a paid arrangement with that company; it does not tell you anything else about them. Follow their terms, not ours, once you are on their site.

No sponsor chooses, ranks, or changes any pick on this site, including the free pick of the day, which is chosen by the rule printed with it. Nothing we publish is a recommendation to use any of those apps, and we take no bets anywhere.

Accessibility

We want the site usable by everyone. If a page is hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard, or other assistive tool, tell us at support@parlayperfection.net and we will fix it.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Parlay Perfection is not liable for losses arising from bets you place or decisions you make using our information. The service is provided “as is”; on days when data providers fail us, boards may be late, thin, or honestly empty.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above moves when we do, and each account records which version it accepted. Continuing to subscribe after a change means you accept it. Questions reach us at support@parlayperfection.net.
