What we collect to run your subscription, who processes it, and what we will never do with it.

Who we are

Parlay Perfection is run by Stachecki Software LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and that company is responsible for the information this page describes. Write to us at support@parlayperfection.net.

What we collect

When you subscribe, Wix Payments, Stripe or, inside our iPhone app, Apple processes your payment; we never see or store your card details. To run your member login we store: your email address, a securely hashed password (we cannot read it), which plan you hold, and basic sign-in records. If you choose to give a phone number at sign-up we store it; it is optional, and an account without one works exactly the same. We store the fact and time that you ticked the age/Terms box, whether you ticked the optional texts box, and which version of the wording you agreed to. If you join through a creator’s referral link, we record which creator code referred you so they can be credited. If you write to us through the site, we keep what you wrote.

While you use the boards we also keep: the picks you tracked and the tickets you saved; the players you starred; whether you turned the morning email on, and when and where you did; what Patrick has learned about the kinds of picks you like, from your questions and taps, so his answers fit you; and the thumbs and notes you leave on cards. Deleting your account removes all of these. If you become a partner, we keep your name, email, the social handles you give us, where to send your payouts, and what we have paid you; payment records are kept as the law requires.

Besides the sign-in cookie, the site sets two small cookies. One remembers which front-page layout you were shown. The other is set only when you start a free week with a partner’s code: it notes that a free week was started in this browser, holds no name, email or number, lasts about 13 months, and is used only to ask for a mobile number before a second free week is started from the same browser. The site also keeps a few conveniences in your own browser: the last email you signed in with, a draft ticket (which picks, your stake and your book, never a price), which tours you have closed, and checklist ticks. Those stay on your device.

In the iPhone app, the first screens ask which sports you follow, what interests you most, and how you pick games now. We keep those taps, how far through the first screens you got, and whether you started a plan, under a random number your phone makes for this alone: no name, no email, and not your phone’s own identifier. If you then make an account, your account is linked to those answers; deleting the account removes that link. We use them to put your sports first and to learn which parts of the service people want most.

On the website, the first screens ask the same three questions. We keep those answers, how far through the screens you got, which of them you opened, whether you tapped to start the free week, and whether you were on a phone or a computer, under a random number your browser makes for this alone: no name, no email, no IP address. These website answers are never linked to an account.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information and we don’t share it for anyone else’s advertising. Our public pages carry two advertising pixels, Meta’s and TikTok’s, so that we can show our own posts to people who visited; they receive the page address, the event (a page view, a tap on the free-week button) and your browser’s standard device signals, and never your email, name, picks or prices. They do not run on member pages inside our phone apps. Each platform’s own ad settings and your browser’s tracking protection switch them off. Our visit counter stores no cookie, no IP address, and nothing that identifies a person; it counts page loads, nothing more. When you follow a sponsor’s link on an offer, our own server counts that click — one number per offer per day, with no cookie, no IP address, and nothing that identifies you — and sends you on; the sponsor’s site has its own privacy policy. We don’t collect anything beyond what this page lists.

Who touches your data

Wix (storefront, payments, member plans), Stripe (payments for plans bought on this site), Apple (payments for plans bought in our iPhone app), and, once the iPhone app sells plans, RevenueCat (which tells us which plan an Apple purchase opened), Vercel (hosting the member boards), Upstash (the database behind the boards), Resend (verification codes, receipts, account email, the morning email if you turn it on, and the free pick by email if you join it), Meta and TikTok (their advertising pixels on our public pages, described above), and — while Patrick's AI answers are switched on — Anthropic, whose Claude model writes them: the questions you type to Patrick are sent to it to write each reply. Each processes data only to provide their service to us. Some pictures on the site load straight from other companies’ image servers: team and league logos and player and fighter photos from ESPN’s, and hockey players’ photos from the NHL’s. When one of those pictures loads, that company receives your IP address and browser details, as with any image a page loads from another site, and its own privacy policy applies. When we send texts, a text-messaging provider will carry them; it will be named here before the first text goes out.

Texts and email

We send texts and marketing emails only to members who ticked the texts box, about picks, results, and their account. The morning email goes only to members who turned it on themselves in Settings, and one press in Settings or in any of those emails turns it off. The free pick by email goes only to a visitor who typed an address into the free-pick box and confirmed it with the code we sent; we keep that address, when it was confirmed, and the last day we wrote, and one press in any of those emails removes it. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts; every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. Account messages (a verification code, a receipt, a billing problem) are sent for as long as you hold an account. No marketing spam.

Security

Every page and every connection to our database is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Session cookies are HTTP-only and secure. No system is perfect; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will tell you promptly.

Your rights and choices

Whether or not a privacy law where you live requires it, you can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and we will do so, subject to records we must keep for payments and taxes. We will never treat you differently for asking. Write to us at support@parlayperfection.net.

When an account is deleted, one thing besides payment records stays: a scrambled marker showing that an email address (and a mobile number, if one was given) has already had its free week. It is a one-way code, not the address or the number, it cannot be turned back into them, and nothing else is stored with it. It exists so that deleting an account is not a way to take the free week again. For the same reason, when several free weeks are started from one internet connection in a month we may ask for a mobile number before starting another; we keep a scrambled 30-day count for that, never the connection's address itself.

Children

The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13; if you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
