Partner Agreement

This is the contract between you and Parlay Perfection when you promote us with a partner code. It is written to be read. Ticking the box on the application, or pressing Accept on your partner dashboard, is your signature.

Last updated September 24, 2026 · version 5

1. Who this is between, and how you accept it

"We", "us" and "Parlay Perfection" mean Stachecki Software LLC, a Delaware limited liability company that operates Parlay Perfection (and that same company under any name it later takes). "You" means the one person who applied for a partner code. You accept this agreement electronically — by ticking the box when you apply or pressing Accept on your dashboard — and you agree that this counts as your signature. We record the version you accepted and the time you accepted it.

If you do not agree with every part of this, do not apply and do not use a partner code.

2. Who can be a partner

  • You are at least 18 years old, and of legal age in your own state for the content you post.
  • You live in the United States and can legally be paid here.
  • Everything on your application is true, including your name and the accounts you say are yours.
  • One person, one code. You will not apply twice, apply for someone else, or let anyone else use your code as their own.
  • We may accept or decline any application, for any lawful reason.

3. You are an independent contractor

You are not our employee, agent, franchisee or business partner in any legal sense, whatever the word "partner" suggests. You cannot sign anything, promise anything or speak for us. You decide when, where and whether you post. You pay your own costs and your own taxes, and you get no wages, benefits, insurance or expense reimbursement from us.

Before your first payout you will give us a completed IRS Form W-9 (or complete the equivalent step inside Stripe). If what we pay you in a calendar year reaches the IRS's reporting threshold ($2,000 for payments made in 2026, which the IRS adjusts for inflation in later years), we will report it on a Form 1099-NEC, as the law requires.

4. What earns a commission

You earn $20 for each Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is a person who (a) is a genuinely new customer — they have never paid us before under any email; (b) signed up using your code or your link; and (c) makes their first real, full-price-or-discounted paid payment for a subscription, which can only happen after any free week has ended.

One commission per customer, ever. A free-week signup pays $0. Renewals pay $0. The amount is $20 whatever plan they bought.

5. What never earns a commission

  • You, your own accounts, or people in your household.
  • Anyone you paid, rewarded or otherwise induced to sign up, and any signup you made, arranged or faked yourself.
  • A customer who has paid us before, or who was already attributed to another partner.
  • A payment made with a stolen or unauthorized card, or a payment that is itself part of a fraud.
  • Any signup that abuses the free week — throwaway inboxes, repeat accounts, or anything built to look like more people than it is.
  • Signups gained by breaking Section 8 or Section 9.

6. How referrals are counted

A referral is yours when our records show your code or link on that customer's signup. Our records decide attribution and whether a payment qualified. If you think we missed one, tell us within 60 days of the signup and we will look at it in good faith; after that the record stands.

Your dashboard is a courtesy view and may lag or be corrected. It is not a statement of money owed.

7. When and how you are paid

Payouts are sent by a person, normally weekly, once a referral's first payment has confirmed. They go to the bank account you set up through Stripe. You must finish that setup, and the tax step in Section 3, before we can pay you; we are not late while you have not.

We may hold a payout while we look into a possible breach of this agreement, for as long as that reasonably takes.

Once a referral's first payment has come in, that $20 is earned. If that customer later cancels, or asks for a refund and gets one, that does not take it back.

The one exception is a referral that never qualified in the first place — anything on the list in Section 5, such as a faked or self-made signup or a stolen card. If we paid a commission on one of those, we may deduct that $20 from your future payouts, and if there are none you will repay it within 30 days of our asking.

Money we owe you that we cannot deliver because you never finished payout setup is forfeited 12 months after it was earned. We will email the address on file before that happens.

8. How you must promote us

  • DISCLOSE, EVERY TIME. Each post, story, video, stream or message that uses your code must clearly say it is paid — "#ad", "paid partner" or the platform's own paid-partnership label — where people will see it without clicking "more". This is federal law (the FTC's Endorsement Guides), and you are responsible for following it.
  • NEVER PROMISE RESULTS. No win rates, no "guaranteed", no "lock", no claims that anyone will make money or get their money back. Only say what is true and what you can show.
  • DESCRIBE US CORRECTLY. Parlay Perfection is a sports information and statistics service. It is not a sportsbook, takes no bets, holds no money and gives no betting or financial advice. Do not describe it, or yourself on our behalf, any other way.
  • ADULTS ONLY. Promote only to people of legal age in their own state. Never aim content at minors or post it where the audience is mainly under 18.
  • KEEP HELP IN REACH. Do not mock, discourage or hide problem-gambling help. 1-800-GAMBLER is on every page of ours for a reason.
  • BE HONEST ABOUT THE OFFER. Quote the price, the free week and the discount exactly as our site states them on the day you post.

9. What you must never do

  • Send unsolicited bulk email, texts, calls or direct messages, or use bots, fake accounts, fake reviews or bought followers.
  • Bid on "Parlay Perfection", our web addresses or misspellings of them in any paid search or paid social ad, or run ads that send people straight to our site, without our written permission.
  • List your code on coupon, deal or cashback sites, or anywhere a person who was already buying would find it.
  • Register a domain, social handle or app name that contains our name or is easily confused with it, or pretend to be us or to work for us.
  • Copy, frame or republish our picks, cards, numbers or members' content. You may show your own screen in passing; you may not give the product away.
  • Break the rules of the platform you are posting on, or any law that applies to your post, including advertising, privacy, anti-spam (CAN-SPAM, TCPA) and consumer-protection laws.
  • Collect anyone's password, payment details or login for our service, for any reason.

10. Our name and materials

While this agreement is in force you may use our name, logo and any materials we give you, unaltered, only to promote us under these rules. That permission is limited, non-exclusive, cannot be passed to anyone else, and ends the moment this agreement does. Everything about our brand and product stays ours.

You allow us to name you and your public handle as a partner, and to repost content you made about us with credit. Tell us if you want something taken down and we will.

11. Confidential information

What you see on your dashboard, anything we tell you about our numbers, members or plans, and anything we mark or that is obviously private, is confidential. Do not share it or use it for anything except this program, during this agreement and for two years after it ends. Customers you refer are our customers; their information is ours to protect and not yours to collect or use.

12. The discount your code gives

Your code may give a new customer a discount or a free week. That offer is ours to set: we may change it, pause it or end it at any time, and the offer that applies is the one on our site at the moment a customer checks out.

13. Ending this agreement

Either of us may end this agreement at any time, for any reason, by email. We may also turn your code off at once if we reasonably believe you have broken Section 5, 8 or 9.

If it ends with no breach, commissions for Qualified Referrals made before the end are still paid. If it ends because of fraud, faked or self-made referrals, or a serious breach of Section 8 or 9, every unpaid commission is forfeited and Section 7's right to recover paid ones still applies.

If you delete your Parlay Perfection account, your name, email and social handles come off your code and your dashboard closes, but what we already owe you is still paid to the payout account you set up, and our payment records stay in our books.

Sections 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11 and 14 through 27 continue after this agreement ends.

14. No promises about earnings or the program

We do not promise that you will earn anything, that anyone will sign up, or that the program will continue. We may change the commission, the rules or the whole program. A change to money applies only to referrals made after we tell you; we will email you and post a new version here, and if the change is material we will ask you to accept it again. Continuing to use your code after a change means you accept it.

15. Limits on what we owe you

The program, your code and your dashboard are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable to you for lost profits, lost audience, lost opportunity, or any indirect, special or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for anything connected with this agreement is limited to the commissions we paid you in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is more. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

16. If your content gets us into trouble

You are responsible for what you post. If a regulator, a platform or any other person brings a claim against us because of your content, your failure to disclose, a promise you made, or your breach of this agreement or the law, you will cover our reasonable losses and costs from it, including legal fees. We will tell you promptly about any such claim.

17. Which law applies, and where disputes go

This agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing anything, whichever of us has a complaint will email the other and give 30 days to work it out. After that, a dispute may be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, or in small-claims court where it qualifies, and each of us agrees to that. Each of us may bring claims only on our own behalf, and not as part of a class or group action. Where the law allows it, each of us gives up the right to a jury trial.

18. What the words mean

  • "Code" means the partner code and any link we issue to you.
  • "Commission" means the $20 described in Section 4.
  • "Content" means anything you post, say, send or publish that mentions us or uses your Code, in any format, on any platform.
  • "Customer" means a person who signs up for or pays for our service.
  • "Program" means the Parlay Perfection partner program as a whole: the Codes, the dashboard, the Commissions and these rules.
  • "Records" means our own systems' record of signups, payments and attribution, and those of the payment companies we use.

19. What you promise us

  • You have the right to post your Content, and it does not copy, defame or invade the privacy of anyone else.
  • You own or control the social accounts you listed, and the audience on them is real.
  • Agreeing to this does not break any other agreement you have, including with a team, a league, a school, an employer or another brand.
  • You are not barred from being paid under U.S. sanctions or any other law, and you will tell us at once if that changes.
  • You will follow the laws that apply to you and your Content the whole time you hold a Code.

20. Checking a referral, and settling up

We may ask you reasonable questions to confirm a referral — for example where and when you posted your Code. If you do not answer within 14 days, we may treat the referrals in question as not qualified until you do.

If you owe us anything under this agreement, we may take it out of what we owe you before paying the rest.

21. How we speak about each other

Neither of us will make statements about the other that we know to be false. Nothing here stops you giving your honest opinion, answering a regulator, or reporting something you believe is unlawful.

22. Harm that money cannot fix

Misusing our name, pretending to be us, or leaking confidential information can do damage that a payment afterwards would not repair. If that happens or is about to, we may ask a court to order it stopped, in addition to anything else we are entitled to, and without having to post a bond where the law allows.

23. Things outside our control

We are not in breach, and a payout is not late, when the cause is something we do not control — an outage or decision at a payment company, a bank, a hosting or website provider or a social platform, a change in law, or a natural disaster. We will pick up where we left off as soon as we reasonably can.

24. Time limit on claims

Any claim connected with this agreement must be brought within one year of the day the person bringing it knew, or should have known, about the problem — or within the shortest period the law allows, if that is longer. After that the claim is closed.

25. Electronic records and notices

You agree to receive this agreement, changes to it, tax forms where the law allows, and every notice under it electronically, at the email on your application. You can save or print this page at any time, and you should. You need a working email address and a web browser to take part. If you withdraw this consent, we will end the agreement under Section 13, because we have no other way to run the Program.

26. How to read this agreement

  • Headings are there to help you find things; they do not change what a section says.
  • "Including" means "including, but not only".
  • This agreement is between you and us only. It gives no rights to anyone else.
  • It will not be read against either of us simply because that side wrote it.
  • If this agreement and our Terms of Service disagree about the Program, this agreement wins; on everything else, the Terms do.

27. The rest

  • This agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, is the whole deal between us about the partner program, and replaces anything said before.
  • If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
  • If we do not enforce something once, we have not given it up.
  • You may not transfer this agreement or your code to anyone. We may transfer it to a company that takes over the business.
  • We will contact you at the email on your application; you can reach us at support@parlayperfection.net. Keep your email current — a notice sent there counts as received.
