Delete your Parlay Perfection account

If you can still sign in

Sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete account. You will be asked for your password and to type the word DELETE. It happens immediately.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@parlayperfection.net from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We delete it and reply to say it is done.

What deletion removes

Your login and password, the picks you tracked, the tickets you saved, the players you starred, what our assistant learned about what you like, and the thumbs and notes you left us.

Three things are kept on purpose: the record that a payment already created an account (so one payment cannot create a second one); if you were a partner, the payments we recorded, with your name, email and social handles removed from them (what we still owe you is still paid); and a scrambled marker that this email has already had its free week — not your email, and not something that can be turned back into it — so that deleting an account is not a way to take the free week again. What happens to your payment

If you pay by card on picks.parlayperfection.net (billed by Stripe), deleting your account cancels that plan for you first — no more charges, and nothing is deleted unless Stripe confirms it. You can also cancel it yourself before you delete: sign in and press Manage subscription in Settings.

Nothing here can stop a charge that is set up somewhere else. If you subscribed on parlayperfection.net, cancel it there. If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel it on your iPhone under Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
